We are seeking an Assistant CGI & Visualization Manager to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality, photorealistic visual content for our projects.

Job Description:
The Assistant CGI & Visualization Manager will play a pivotal role in developing stunning 3D visualizations, animations, and renderings that effectively showcase our product designs. You will work closely with our design, engineering, and marketing teams to produce visually compelling content for client presentations, marketing materials, and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the CGI and visualization team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for product designs, packaging concepts, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design intent and translate it into visually appealing visuals.
• Develop and maintain a library of materials, textures, and lighting presets to streamline the visualization process.
• Support in project planning and delegation of tasks to team members as needed.
• Review and provide feedback on CGI deliverables to ensure consistency and quality.
• Stay updated on the latest tools, techniques, and trends in CGI and visualization to keep the team at the cutting edge.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing visuals for campaigns, social media, and website content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Animation, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in CGI, 3D visualization, or a related field, preferably with a focus on product design.
• Expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation software (e.g., Blender, KeyShot, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent).
• Strong skills in texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of product design, materials, and industrial aesthetics.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
